Just yourself and comfortable clothing. Everything else—warmth, comfort, and a peaceful space—is taken care of for you.

How do I choose the right treatment?

If you’re unsure, we’ll happily guide you. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, emotional balance, pain relief, or a quiet moment of stillness, we’ll help you choose the best path.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may need support.

Will the massage hurt?

Not at all—your comfort is our priority. Pressure is always adjusted to your preference, whether you enjoy a gentle, soothing touch or deeper therapeutic work.

Do I need to fully undress?

Only to your comfort level. You’ll be securely and professionally draped throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

Can you focus on specific areas of tension?

Absolutely. Just let us know if you’d like extra attention on your shoulders, back, legs, or anywhere that needs a little more care.

Is massage safe for everyone?

Most people can safely enjoy massage, but certain conditions may require adjustments. On booking you will be given a contraindications information sheet. We’ll discuss any health concerns during your consultation.

Meditations each typically last 10–20 minutes, depending on the group or individual session within the 1.5 hour time frame. 

Do I need to sit on the floor?

Not at all. Sit in a chair, on a cushion, or lie down—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
